I returned Saturday night from the States to wake to a beautiful day – a rambling kind of day – Sunday morning. After sleeping off jet lag…sort of….the three of us set out for a walk through the “Chalk Hills” that are behind our house. Here are some images from the ramble. Sorry, kinda heavy on pics for grandparents.

Loved the pics (and I’m not a grandparent!). Thanks for showing us what you get to see everyday! Hugs to you all!

Wild blackberries make great pies & cobblers. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Great pictures Chris ! Fall has about reached it’s peak in Nashville. My favorite time of the year.

Where’s the overcast sky, fog, the unremitting drizzle? What is England without those?

Thanks all for the comments. It is awesome. And as quickly as you can say UK, the weather changes. Today, on the way to Pooh Corner and the weather is not quite blustery, but it isn’t sunny either.
